Requirements :

- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

- Have experience 3 years in the related field is required for this position. Min Diploma IV in Hospitality Tourism/Hotel/Food & Beverages Services Management or Equivalent from reputable university with GPA : 3,00

- Fluency both verbal and written English
- Computer literacy
- Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): able to provide estimation & budgeting, able to read working drawing, knowledge of building and construction materials is a must, computer literate for ms office, ms project and auto cad programs, Able to work under pressure.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
